GOVERNOR DECLARES EMERGENCY FOR JANUARY STORMS
Gov. Chris Gregoire has proclaimed a state of emergency in 17 counties, including the Twin Harbors due to damage from a series of severe winter storms between Jan. 9-26, 2011.
