Portland Police ask for the public’s help
The Portland Police Bureau, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for the public’s help in located wanted fugitive Ashley Chavez.
Chavez has felony warrants for Manslaughter in the Second Degree, Felony Hit and Run, Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Driving Under the Influence. The warrants are a result of the investigation into the March 2012 hit and run death of Nancy in Portland.
Chavez is described as a 23-year-old white female, 5’3″ tall, 145 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Investigators believe that Chavez may have traveled out of state and would like to hear from anyone with current information on her whereabouts.
