Stolen bass guitar recovered in Ocean Shores
June 5, 2012
The bass guitar stolen over the weekend from former Bad Company and Paul Rodgers Band bassist Lynn Sorensen has been recovered. Sgt. Don Grossi tells KXRO that officers received information on a suspect and around 8am Tuesday morning they contacted the man and the bass and a GPS taken from the vehicle were recovered from a home in Ocean Shores.
There have been no arrests in the theft, but the suspect has cooperated with the investigation. The case has been transferred to the Grays Harbor County Prosecutor’s office for charges.
Sorensen was staying at the Ramada Inn when the guitar was taken from his vehicle. Sorensen had performed Saturday night at the D&R Theatre with the band Spike and the Impalers.
