Police report dead body found in Aberdeen

The Aberdeen Police Department is investigating a dead body found over the weekend. Detective Sergeant Art Laur says that officers along with the Aberdeen Fire Department were dispatched to the area of State and Alder. The caller said that a body was near some old pipes in the area.

Responders say that the dead body of a man in his 40’s was found when they arrived.

An autopsy is scheduled for this week. The investigation is continuing.
