Hoquiam will have a new play park in August

The Art Pocklington Central Play Park in Hoquiam is due to have its new playground by August 2 and that is also when the construction on the new spray park will begin.

City Administrator Brian Shay said that the equipment has already arrived in the city and construction is scheduled to begin today.

The opening ceremony of the park is scheduled for 4pm on August 2nd.
