Throat slashing victim arrested for child molestation

The Ocean Shores man who’s throat was cut on Tuesday in an assault at his home has been arrested for First Degree Child Molestation.

31 year old Jose Moises Segovia was arrested after Ocean Shores Police investigated a report that Segovia had allegedly molested a 4 year old, female family member.

He is now in custody at Grays Harbor County Jail with bail set at $50,000.

 

James Lemar Griffin has been identified as the suspect in the throat slashing attack on Segovia and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. It is believed that Griffin has fled Grays Harbor. Police believe Griffin is an acquaintance of Segovia.

Griffin is described as a black male, 6’2” tall and weighing 225 pounds. An arrest warrant for Assault 1st Degree has been issued.
