Last day to vote for Primary Election

Primary ballots are due to be dropped off or postmarked by 8pm tonight if you want to be involved in deciding candidates for races throughout Washington.

Secretary of State Sam Reed is predicting a 46 percent turnout for Tuesday’s primary, though it’s expected that only about half of the ballots will be returned by election night.

Washington’s 3.7 million voters received their ballots weeks ago.

Votes are scheduled to be cerified on August 21st.

Ballot drop off locations are located throughout Grays Harbor at;

Oakville – Methodist Church – 204 E. Harris, Oakville
McCleary – VFW Post 5564 – 158 Summit Rd., McCleary
Ocean Shores – Convention Center – 120 W. Chance Ala Mer Ave.
Westport – Council Chambers – 506 N. Montesano St.
Aberdeen/Hoquiam – YMCA – 2500 Simpson Ave, Hoquiam
