One of Washington’s Most Wanted arrest in Aberdeen

Police arrested 62 year old William Sumner in Aberdeen after Bellevue Police received a tip the man was living in town. Sumner is wanted in connection with the rape of a child and communication with a minor for immoral purposes.

According the Washington’s Most Wanted, Sumner was last seen in May when he fled his home in McCleary.

Aberdeen Police say that Sumner was arrested without incident and taken into custody. He is currently being held in Aberdeen pending his transfer to Bellevue.
