Broken Heart Ends in Vandalism

January 2, 2013

Aberdeen Police responded to a report from Safeway about a broken heart just before the New Year started.

According to their report, an employee from the store left the building in order to key the car of her ex-boyfriend. The man was parked in front of the store in the parking lot.

The employee admitted to the crime and said that she did it because the man broke her heart.

It is estimated it will cost approximately $1,300 to repair the damage.
