Supporters Gather Outside D&R to Show Support

John Yonich announced the closing of the D&R Theatre, Scoops and Backstage Espresso and yesterday supporters of the D&R Theatre gathered outside the theatre voicing their support and writing notes on the wall that is blocking the building.

Sherry McAllister organized the gathering and expressed that they were trying to show show support from the community and from area businesses.

The D&R stage has seen several major performers since its first concert in 2009 such as Bill Cosby, Josh Turner, Eric Church, Styx, Lorretta Lynn and Paul Rodgers.
