FISH AND WILDLIFE INVESTIGATE MORE POACHING CASES

December 15, 2010

The Department of Fish and Wildlife is investigating another couple cases of animal poaching in Grays Harbor. The most recent cases involved a spike bull elk being shot over the weekend off Hilliard Road near North River and a 5-by-5 elk being shot near the Garrett Creek Road. Officer Mark James says anyone with information is asked to call 581 1304 or 580 6200. James says information that leads to arrests can be rewarded with cash or hunting license perks.
