Aberdeen Man Hit by Car. Police Looking for Suspect.

Aberdeen Police Officers were called to an unknown problem in the 100 block of S. Park St.

Officers were advised that a man was on the ground and another man was pushing him to the ground. Officers were also told that someone was saying something about one of the men being hit by a car.

Officers located a 40 year old man in the area who appeared to be highly intoxicated. The other man told police he saw a car hit the man and then heard tires squeal, turned and saw the victim in mid air.

The witness said the vehicle stopped and the driver stepped out and looked at the man. The driver then got back into the car and fled south in the 100 Block of South Park St.

The car was described as a silver Chrysler PT Cruiser with tinted windows. The driver was described as a Hispanic or Native American male, mid 20’s to early 30’s in age, about 6 foot tall, with an athletic build, short dark hair, clean shaven, well dressed, and wearing sunglasses.

The victim was treated and transported to Grays Harbor Community Hospital.

The victim identified himself as Wade Hill of Aberdeen. His injuries appeared minor with visible scrapes and abrasions.
