A man. A sword. A bus station.

On Wednesday afternoon, Aberdeen Officers were sent to the GH Transit Mall after they were told a man was brandishing a weapon.

A 37 year old Westport man told officers he had spoke with some people at who were parked in a car in the lot, and that’s when one of the men got out and brought a sword with him.

There were no injuries. The suspects fled in a white car before police arrived.

The transit mall video confirmed what the victim told officers.

The suspect was identified as a 23 year old male from Port Angeles.

The Aberdeen Police have been in contact with the suspect and the investigation is continuing.
