Failure to Yield Right of Way sends Aberdeen man to hospital

December 16, 2013

A 74 year old Puyallup woman caused an accident on Sunday night when she pulled out in front of another car on Highway 12. The woman was at a stop sign on the Monte Brady Road, when she pulled her 2008 Toyota RAV 4 onto the highway in front of another vehicle. A 29 year old Tacoma man was driving westbound in a 2003 Dodge Caravan when he was struck.

Both drivers were not injured, but a 52 year old Aberdeen man in the Caravan was taken to Grays Harbor Community Hospital as a precaution.

The Puyallup woman was charged with Failure to Yield Right of Way.
