Marijuana application process ends for Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties
In the final week of eligibility to apply for a marijuana license locally, companies came out in large numbers to get their name onto the list. 10 new applications were submitted to produce in Grays Harbor, from Quinault to Elma, 12 in Pacific County. Processor applications also increased with 7 new applications in Grays Harbor and 10 in Pacific.
Retail applications saw only 3 new names added to the list for the 2 counties; Always Herbal in Elma added the first application for the city, Ganjah Man applied to an empty lot near the Port Industrial Rd, and Green Outfitters LLC applied in Ocean Shores. 9 applications have been submitted for Grays Harbor, and 3 for Pacific County. Only 6 stores will be allowed on The Harbor, with at least 2 stores already saying they will not pursue a license. Only 2 stores are allowed in Pacific, with all 3 applications in the far south of the county.
In total, 55 applications have been submitted to produce, 42 to process, and 13 to sell marijuana within the Twin Harbors.
