Aberdeen Police looking for suspects in Christmas robbery

Aberdeen Police are searching for 2 suspects who robbed a man on Christmas.

Just after 7 pm on Wednesday, Officers were called for a robbery that had just occurred.

The victim told the officers he had just started walking up the Chehalis River Bridge from Southside when two men demanded money at knifepoint.

After he gave them his wallet, the suspects fled back toward Swanson’s.

A Police K-9 was brought to the area but was unable to locate the suspect.

The victim gave officers a description of the suspects.

Suspect #1 was described as a white male, 6’0”, heavyset, approximately 55 years old, with medium length grey hair, wearing a camouflaged jacket, camouflaged backpack and blue jeans.

Suspect #2 was described as a white male, 5’9”, approximately 55 years old, with a thin build, black jacket and blue jeans.

The investigation is continuing.
