Washington Parks consider easement for Grayland man
The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission will consider granting a Grayland man an easement for his beachfront property at their meeting on Thursday in Chehalis.
Christopher Sweeney has asked for a perpetual easement for ingress and egress on property across the Grayland Beach Road.
This type of easement is set when property is divided and leaves a part of the property without access to a road, an easement of ingress and egress is implied across the other part.
The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission is a board of seven citizen volunteers appointed by the governor.
The meeting will be held March 27 at the Veterans Memorial Museum in Chehalis from 9 am to 5 pm.
