Aberdeen Police interrupt attempted burglary

Aberdeen Police Officers are looking for a man who was caught robbing a business on the corner of Market and Park on Thursday. Officers responded to N. Park Street and saw the man fleeing the area on foot.

Described as a Hispanic male, about six foot, thin build, wearing a black leather jacket, grey hoodie, blue jeans and white athletic shoes, the suspect fled north from the scene. A witness reported seeing a man matching his description get into a red Geo Metro car and drive away on Washington Street.

Officers located a U-Haul truck that had a damaged ignition and dashboard.
