Suspects at large in attempted burglary on Monte Brady Road

The Grays Harbor Sheriffs are looking for suspects in an attempted burglary on Monte Brady Rd.

A resident in the 100 block of Monte Brady Road interrupted an attempted burglary to his home. The victim was in the back part of the house and when he heard a noise coming from the front discovered an unknown man inside.

The resident was carrying a firearm at the time and attempting to prevent the suspect from leaving while he called 911. The suspect attacked the man and the gun was fired before the suspect took the gun and drove away in a blue colored pickup with matching canopy.

The resident says that there were two women inside the pickup was well, one of which was pregnant.

The pickup was a late 80’s to early 90’s, dark blue, possibly a Mazda. It had a canopy with no side windows.

The victim received only minor injuries. It is unknown if the suspect was injured from the gunshot.

The suspect is described as being in his mid 20’s, 6’, 200 pounds, wearing a ball cap, with a couple days to week growth for beard, wearing a gray sweatshirt and should be considered armed and dangerous.

One woman in the truck was described as in her late teens to early 20’s, and 4-5 months pregnant.
