March Against Monsanto returns to Aberdeen

March 2013On Saturday, Grays Harbor Residents will once again “March Against Monsanto”.

On May 25, community activists around the world will unite to “March Against Monsanto”, opposing the corporation and asking for a “permanent boycott of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) and other harmful agro-chemicals”.

Last year, dozens of local residents gathered in Aberdeen, holding signs and marching through the downtown.

The march in Aberdeen this year will begin at 11 am on Saturday, starting at Zelasko Park. The march will focus around the Wishkah, Heron and Chehalis River Bridges.
