Grays Harbor PUD now offers paperless billing

July 10, 2012

The Grays Harbor PUD says that customers will now have the option of paperless billing by viewing and paying their power bills online. The new option means customers can receive bills electronically rather than a paper bill in the mail.

“With many people using their computers and smart phones to conduct transactions, it made sense for Grays Harbor PUD to develop an on-line system for those customer who would prefer to receive their bills electronically,” said Rob Hanny, PUD Information Technology Manager.

The paperless billing is intended to save postage and printing costs although the total cost savings will depend on the number of customers who utilize the service.

The PUD already had the option for customers to pay their bills online at http://www.ghpud.org
